Ljubljana is the cultural, academic, economic and administrative centre of Slovenia. The clean, sunny capital is one of the most beautiful cities in Central Europe, and despite its relatively small size, it has everything any larger European city has to offer. Our bright one-bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of the city, only a short 200-metre walk away from the old city centre, and just around the corner from the Ljubljana Central Market, where the friendly stall holders, who are there every day until early afternoon, will provide you with everything you need to make yourself a delicious meal. They sell only the freshest food and produce straight from the nearby farms and fields, and if you want, they will even be happy to share a recipe or two for some typical Slovene dishes.  The Ljubljana Castle funicular railway is also right around the corner, and the charming bars and restaurants along the River Ljubljanica will undoubtedly prove too close to resist.  Ljubljana is a capital you can cross end to end on foot – a rare thing indeed. The 50-m2 apartment, whose clever layout and carefully arranged furnishings make it feel much larger, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and spacious built-in wardrobes.  The elegantly designed and well-equipped kitchen is sure to satisfy even the most demanding cook.  The living room features a large sofa that transforms into a comfortable extra bed for two people. Step out onto the balcony looking onto the castle hill and rest your eyes on the large and incredibly peaceful green park hidden in the middle of the city centre.  Cable TV and high-speed (wired and wireless) internet access are available free of charge, and you can park your car in the immediate vicinity.
