The house lies between a natural lake, a large golf course and a water ski lake. The 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, will comfortably sleep up to 6 adults or a family with 4 children. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary challenge. The spacious living room and kitchen extend onto the partially covered outdoor terrace. The outdoor swimming pool measures 15 x 15m. When the sun is too strong and the heat becomes too much for you, you can cool off inside the house with the help of the powerful centrally regulated air conditioning system. The house is surrounded by a 3,000m2 oasis of grass watered by an automatic sprinkler system. When the sun sets, the tall palm trees and ever-blooming shrubs are lit up by the subtle ambient outdoor lighting. The house offers endless possibilities all year round. The Swiss Waterski Resort is the largest water ski school and resort in the world. Whenever you go there, you are very likely to ski alongside some of the best water skiers in the world. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will always learn a thing or two there. The house is only a 3-minute walk away from the pier. The Swiss Fairways Golf Club offers everything a golfer could ever want. It boasts a wide-open, beautiful green course with more than 75 bunkers and 10 water hazards. The course has a very hilly terrain, which is somewhat unusual for Florida, and is suitable for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The club is only a minute’s walk away from the house.If you are worn out from all the sports and activities and even the pool does not do the trick anymore, take a day off and go and see some of the world-famous attractions. Greater Orlando is one big amusement park, and if you really want to see everything it offers, you will have to come back again. World-famous attractions such as Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center will leave you breathless. If you still haven’t had enough, why not go down to the Atlantic coast? The nearest beach is Cocoa Beach with its famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. It is open all day long, all year round. Rent a surfboard, ride the waves and enjoy the endless sandy beaches, the murmur of the ocean and the wind in your hair.
